MADRIGAL STRIKE

Immediate Concerns:

STEP 1

• Madrigal Singers - prep hot water and rags

• Everyone else - Stack Chairs 

STEP 2

• Madrigal Singers - Wipe Tables

• Characters - Bring rolling carts to cafeteria with all cafeteria-related boxes

• Everyone - Move Tables and chairs outside cafeteria against wall

STEP 3

• Madrigal Basses and Tenors - Remove fake wall flags (14a)

• Everyone - Lower the fake wall down for deconstruction

• Everyone - Move all walls and stained glass to SE corner or cafeteria

Madrigal Sopranos and Altos

• Remove skirts and frame skirts and put in box (6I)

• Remove table cloths and napkins and get to parents (Holley and Hammond)

• Talk to Mr. Rockford - Remove dais table cloths and put in box (6J, needs to be washed)

• Remove decorations from walls (Add box here)

• Remove paper stained glass windows and store neatly in the auditorium

• Roll up banners put in box (14a)

• Throw away black paper

• Bring All props to auditorium 

Madrigal Basses and Tenors

• Deconstruct yule wall, coat check wall, bring to cafeteria

• Yule Log cleaned and scraped over visqueen, taken to auditorium clean 

• Deconstruct Dais chairs and move to auditorium (boxes 14b and 14c)

• Remove Big Dumb Doors and take to auditorium

• Split Up and Sweep up and Mop Choir Room and Bandroom; take out trash; return tables to cafeteria and snackbar

Brass

• Remove all trees except for those claimed

• Take tables off dais platforms

• Take apart dais platforms 

• Bring in the yellow platform holders

• Mad Brass Triangle taken to auditorium in one piece (muscles)

• Bring chimes to band room

• Join other group

Characters

• Bring all candelabras back to the auditorium

• Move knights to auditorium

• Return sandbags to auditorium

• Return round tables in band room and coat check to Snack Bar (do not drag)

• Return all trash bins to where the came from

  • Hallway in front of auditorium, Welcome Center, Business Office, Snack Bar)

• Mackenzie - Make sure all costumes are returned

• Mackenzie - Jewelry returned to box

• Put laundry in front of the room

  • Server clothes in appropriate boxes (7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E)

  • Table cloths and napkins in appropriate boxes (7G, 13?)

Recorders and Chamber Altos

• Each recorder takes an urchin bin or 2 to the Urchin Hall

• Sweep all loose hay

• Put hay bales outside in grassy area

• Return burlap costume pieces to the appropriate bins

• Take all guard weapons to the auditorium

• Organize push carts cleanly in kitchen hallway

• Each Alto Bring 2 empty Felt Container to snackbar (9C-9M)

• Save all fake snow back in a bag for storage (remove bits of hay)

• Return wooden supports to auditorium

• Return all table pieces of wood and other supports to bin

Chamber Baritones, Sopranos

• Throw all greenery away; save wreaths in pit

• Clean ALL bathrooms, sweep and mop; take out trash

• Grab lost items, grab lost items

• Bring fake trees to back of auditorium (carefully)

• Take glass out of lamps (carefully)

• Deconstruct hallway lamps and return to boxes
