The National School Choral Award® is the highest honor for high school choral performers, recognizing the dedication and musical achievement of the top choral students. Each year, schools may present this award to up to two students who have demonstrated exceptional merit, ability, and contributions to the success of their school’s vocal program. This prestigious accolade honors not only outstanding musicianship but also loyalty, cooperation, and exemplary conduct within the choral community. 

The Director’s Award for Performing Arts honors high school seniors who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and achievement across multiple facets of the performing arts, including band, choir, and theater. This prestigious award recognizes students who have not only excelled in their individual disciplines but have also shown a profound commitment to the broader performing arts community within their schools.  The Director’s Award for Performing Arts serves as a testament to their hard work, passion, and significant contributions to enriching the cultural fabric of their educational institutions.

The Mike Morris Memorial Scholarship honors the legacy of Mike Morris, a visionary music educator at Limestone who inspired students to strive for excellence, lead with confidence, and embrace the power of music. Awarded annually to a graduating senior at Limestone Community High School, this $500 scholarship recognizes a student deeply involved in choir or the broader music program. Recipients exemplify leadership, perseverance, and a passion for music, carrying forward the values that Mike Morris instilled in his students.
