Misc

• Table Setters - Set Tables

• Bentley’s Team - Suits of armor and snack bar white (paper) trees placed

• Rockford - Madrigal Table Dais stuff

Chamber Sopranos, Altos, and Recorders

• Put coolers, Ice Rollers, Coffee Carafes, Water Carafes, and all other Beverage room needs in beverage room

• Check Women’s Restrooms for cleanliness; take out garbage; light cleaning if needed

• Hang hallway bathroom signs

• Hang triangle banners in snackbar

• Cover cafeteria and hallway signs, doors, windows in IT Hall with black paper 

• Take decorations off lockers/walls in hallways and put in pit

• Check tree skirts all over school

Brass

• Move and Hang Banners (Snackbar)

• Put Felt Big Banners, Felt Pieces over Trophy Cases

• Hang up lantern mounts, Put in lanterns and glass for lanterns

• Hang Yule Wall and snackbar wreath

• Place final 2 harpsichord platforms with medium legs after the false wall is up

• Find and bring garbages to front of auditorium left (Welcome Center, Business Office, Snack Bar)

Mads and Chamber TB

• Take 8 large snack bar tables (4 each band room, 4 choir room - lift tables)

• Assemble walls (order doesn’t matter)

• Bring the fake candle bins and put under the right portion of the madrigal dais

• Check Mens Restrooms for cleanliness; take out garbage; light cleaning if needed

• Assemble Yule Wall

• Assemble Coat Check Wall

• Get plastic visqueen, log, and fabric for Yule Log

• Cover dish room opening

• Put the knockers and armor on the Big Dumb Doors

• Hang flags from false wall after it’s assembled

Mads SA

• Move the tables to spots and measure them using map

• Set banners in hallways

• Put Greenery on the litter

• Sopranos - Butter; Altos - Lemons

• Cover the Elevator with an extra wall

• Bring black iron candelabras to cafeteria (3 to business office hall)

• Put two iron candelabras at each table 3rd leg inward

• Put other iron candelabras throughout cafeteria

• Place golden candelabras throughout halls and cafe (talk to Rockford)
