Immediate Concerns

Step 1

• Madrigal Singers - prep hot water and rags

• Everyone else - Stack chairs

• Madrigal Singers - wipe tables

• Everyone else - Sweep floors

• Madrigal Singers - Move all tables to hallway

• Chamber Singers - Count 26 tables for cafeteria (22 + 2 dais + 2 beverage)

• Chamber Singers - Take 4 tables (2 each) to band room and choir room

• Custodian - Zamboni 

• Chamber Singers - 

Step 4

• Chamber Singers - Start putting Fake Wall together ⤵️

• Madrigal Singers - Bring tables back in and set left side opposite Fake Wall

• Brass - Place wooden table pieces

• Everyone - ASAP set Chairs approximately

Step 5

• Continue to group tasks ⤵️

Misc

• Custodians - Zamboni cafeteria floor, followed by snackbar floor

Chamber Sopranos and Altos

• Collect 22 black carts from classrooms

• Put coolers, Ice Rollers, Coffee Carafes, Water Carafes, and all other Beverage room needs in beverage room

• Tidy Band & Choir Rooms, dressing rooms

• Get 2 lunch tables and 6 larger circle tables from Snack Bar (lift tables before moving)

• Check Women’s Restrooms for cleanliness; take out garbage; light cleaning if needed

Recorders

• Hang hallway bathroom signs

• Suits of armor and Snack Bar trees placed

• Hang triangle banners in snackbar

• Cover cafeteria and hallway signs, doors, windows in IT Hall with black paper 

• Clear lost and found table by welcome center and put in pit

• Take decorations off lockers/walls in hallways and put in pit

• Check tree skirts all over school

Brass

• Move and Hang Banners (Snackbar)

• Put Felt Big Banners, Felt Pieces over Trophy Cases

• Hang up lantern mounts

• Put in lanterns and glass for lanterns

• Hang Yule Wall and snackbar wreath

• Finish the brass stage and put chairs, stands, and lights in place

• Place final 2 harpsichord platforms with medium legs after the false wall is up

• Bring harpsichord to dais

Chamber Baritones

• Assemble walls (order doesn’t matter)

• Bring Wooden Wall Supports to the Cafeteria

• Bring black sandbags to Cafeteria

• Bring one of the fake candle bins and put under the right portion of the madrigal dais

• Call for “All Hands” when the wall is ready to go up

• Check Mens Restrooms for cleanliness; take out garbage; light cleaning if needed

Madrigal Tenors and Basses

• Assemble Yule Wall

• Assemble Coat Check Wall

• Get plastic visqueen, log, and fabric for Yule Log

• Cover dish room opening

• Put the knockers and armor on the Big Dumb Doors

• Hang flags from false wall after it’s assembled

Madrigal Sopranos and Altos

• Move the tables to spots and measure them using map

• Hang red sashes on dais

• Set pitch pipes and chingers, quills/pens, paper on daises

• Set banners in hallways

• Put Greenery on the litter

• Sopranos - Butter; Altos - Lemons

Characters

• Take extra cafeteria tables, Coat Room walls, and coat racks down to the main gym stairs 

• Cover the Elevator with an extra wall

• Bring black iron candelabras to cafeteria (3 to business office hall)

• Put two iron candelabras at each table 3rd leg inward

• Put other iron candelabras throughout cafeteria

• Place golden candelabras throughout halls and cafe (talk to Rockford)

• Place wooden candelabras in snackbar
